Karen is a long time Silverton resident with over 10 years of real estate, property management & leasing experience. She is also an active community member as a Library Board Member, Silverton Skijoring coordinator/volunteer since 2019, and a member of the Anvil Housing Project. She has a passion for all things Silverton and will work diligently to assure the satisfaction of her clients, team & community.

Cynthia has over 2 decades of experience in finance, office management, and marketing are sure to help elevate Vermilion into the next chapter. She will be handling the AR/AP aspects of the business' finances, as well as implementing some new processes to further market Vermilion Realty, and your properties, helping us all reach our full income potential. In her spare time Cynthia creates holistic medicines, and ventures through the wilderness as often as possible.

Dave is a longtime and active member of the Silverton community, and we are proud to have him as part of the Vermilion Realty team!

With his can-do attitude, wealth of experience, and true jack-of-all-trades mentality, Dave brings a valuable perspective and skill set to our team. He is a retired Captain with the Durango County Fire & Rescue and continues to serve our community as an active paramedic with Silverton Medical Rescue.

We are excited to have him on the team and look forward to all the knowledge, insight, and energy he brings!
