Karen is a long time Silverton resident with over 10 years of real estate and property management experience. She started Vermilion Realty as a subsidiary of Caldwell Banker, but has since decided to branch out on her own, and fill a much-needed gap in the real estate and property management industry of the San Juan Mountain Region.

Corey Ann is a shining light to the Vermilion Team. With her brilliant personality, exceptional interpersonal skills, and artistic flair, she helps us provide a personal touch to all our business endeavors, while exuding the upmost dedication & work ethic to the company as a whole. Cynthia is the newest member of our team. Her 2 decades of experience in finance, office management, and marketing are sure to help elevate Vermilion into the next chapter. She will be handling the AR/AP aspects of the business' finances, as well as implementing some new processes to further market Vermilion Realty, and your properties, helping us all reach our full income potential.
